The Gemara resumes its narration: Immediately, the Holy One, Blessed be He, sits and makes sport of those gentiles, i.e., He laughs at them, as it is stated: “He that sits in heaven makes sport, the Lord has them in derision” (Psalms 2:4). With regard to this verse, Rabbi Yitzḥak says: There is no making sport for the Holy One, Blessed be He, but on that day alone. Rabbi Yosei means that they become converts who have attached themselves to the Jewish people, and they don phylacteries on their heads, phylacteries on their arms, place ritual fringes on their garments, and a mezuza in their doorways.And then every one of these converts will tear loose his sign of performance of a mitzva and leave, as it is stated: “Let us tear their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us” (Psalms 2:3). And the Holy One, Blessed be He, sits and makes sport, i.e., laughs or rejoices, as it is stated: “He that sits in heaven makes sport, the Lord has them in derision” (Psalms 2:4). Rabbi Yitzḥak says: There is no making sport for the Holy One, Blessed be He, but on that day alone.

222. So the letter Vav OF YUD HEI VAV HEI came down together with MOSES TO GUARD HIM so he does not perish among them, because according to the secret of reincarnation, he was destined to mingle among the mixed multitude in exile, whose souls originated from the aspect of those of whom it is written: "For the heavens shall vanish away like smoke" (Yeshayah 51:6). These are the ones for whom Noah did not plea for mercy. About them, it is written: "They were destroyed from the earth" (Beresheet 7:23), because they came from those of whom it is said, "You shall blot out the remembrance of Amalek" (Devarim 25:19). Moses did not protect himself from them and dropped the SMALL Hei among them. For this reason,(he shall not enter the land of Yisrael until he brings the Hei back to its place)!!. This is also why he fell from his grade, and the letter Vav OF YUD HEI VAV HEI descended with him. Because of this, the letter Hei fell down and the letter Vav of Moses shall raise it up.

29. The letter Hei definitely is verbal confession and the secret meaning of: "Take with you words, and turn to Hashem: say to him...so we will offer the words of our lips instead of calves" (Hoshea 14:3). When a person sins, he certainly causes the Hei to distance itself from the Vav, since the son of Yud -Hei, MEANING THE VAV THAT CONTAINS Yud-Hei-Vav, removes himself from the Hei. Because of this, the Temple was destroyed and Yisrael were driven away from there and dispersed among the nations. Because of this, whoever repents affects the return of the Hei to the letter Vav, and redemption depends upon it. Consequently, everything depends on repentance. That is what the ancient sages said. The intimated term for the coming of the Messiah has passed - worse has come to worst - and it is contingent upon repentance only, which is the completion of his Name, WHICH IS THE SECRET MEANING OF HEI THAT COMPLETES HIS NAME WHEN ADDED TO YUD-HEI-VAV.
95. Thus, prohibition and permission, purity and impurity will not pass away from the common people. From their aspect, there will be no apparent difference between the exile and the days of the Messiah, except for the delivery from servitude of Yisrael to the empires alone because they will not taste from the Tree of Life WHEN IT WILL BE REVEALED IN THE DAYS OF THE MESSIAH, and they will need to learn MISHNAH, about what is prohibited and permissible, what is unclean and clean. They will be shamed in front of a Torah scholar like darkness before light, since the mixed multitudes are like beasts, who are ignorant, who are darkness and were not even called Yisrael, just slaves sold to Yisrael, as was already explained.
100. The mixed multitudes are as it is written of them: "And when the people saw it, they were shaken, and they stood afar off" (Shemot 20:18). They will be far from the redemption and they will watch the Torah scholars and the Holy Nation in all this glory, but they will be far from them. If they wish to join with them, it is written: "No hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through" (Shemot 19:13). During that period, it will come true for Yisrael: "So Hashem did lead him, and there was no strange El with him" (Devarim 32:12). It was already explained that no new converts will be accepted during the days of the Messiah. "And the wicked shall be silent in darkness" (II Shmuel 2:9): these are the mixed multitudes. Therefore, the prophet proclaimed about them: "Neither shall they enter into the land of Yisrael" (Yechezkel 13:9).

They do not recognize me but regard me as one of the evil mixed multitudes, like a dead dog that has caused a stench among them. The wisdom of the scribes shall become vapid (stinking) among them in each and every city, and in all places where Yisrael are scattered throughout their kingdoms. The mixed multitudes become the shepherds of Yisrael, who are the flock of the Holy One, blessed be He, as it is said about them: "But you, my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men" (Yechezkel 34:31). As Jacob Avinu put on the skins of a beast (you know, Esau's garment), the goat, to obtain the blessing of his brother, that red beast Edom , so too have certain of the seed of Israel put on the garments of Rome and her 'bishop' to bring forth 'David' who waits at her gates. You might call it redemption through sin, even as Moses is said to be among the Erev Rav. Also....
