It’s extremely important to educate oneself in these matters before making a statement like that, although unpalatable fact is fact most especially where there’s evidence, it’s impossible to create a personal narrative based off true facts. Interpretation maybe but never your own narrative. David rarely deviates away from evidence, his work is thorough as I suspect he feels a responsibility to make aware what is true and not jiggery pokery.

Unfortunately the history taught in British schools is incomplete and so people are in some cases unwilling to hear the gaps for the truth that it is. Its also much harder to believe for some, when told from someone of colour.
