The Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974 provides that a contribution or donation accepted by a candidate or holder of a federal office may not be converted by any person to any personal use. Trump used campaign funds to pay for Stormy's silence and listed them as "legal expenses," which they clearly weren't.That's a felony, one that the stable genius admitted to on his way out of court.
