David Restrepo is on a mission to empower people to achieve their highest potential. As the founder and CEO of Coachy, a gamified career development app for Gen Z, David brings extensive experience in sales and marketing from his time at Microsoft. He launched his first startup, La Roulette, which transitioned from an events company to a product agency serving major clients like Coca-Cola.
After selling his company, David became an adjunct professor at a leading LATAM business school and later moved to the U.S. With an MBA from NYU, David has held key roles, including Product Manager and Director of Growth at Tripp, a Series A company focused on gamified wellness in VR.
