Yes, and Amen! A continuing comfort comes to those who accept the opportunity to serve Jesus with Fortitude knowing… the end of the Story; Jesus Christ returning to settle all matters for good. Exactly as it began, God created ALL THINGs, “And saw that it was good.” When God whispers to our heart - are we listening? 1 Samuel 16:7 / Amplified Bible 7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks [a]at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” God is seeking out the faithful so that He can instruct our hearts, our thoughts, our activities - and - He will empower and strengthen us in our obedience. God wants to enlarge our territory and direct the Purposes He Has for us and to prosper us - - BUT, will God find what He is looking for in you? Are you sowing seeds as opportunities arise? Do you pray, God where would you have me to go? Do you pray, God what would you have me to do? What would you have me to say, and to whom? As Dr. Michael Easley is well-known for instructing us, “Don’t let the world 🌎 teach you theology.” God is to direct our purposes, if we go out at our own thoughts or the thoughts of others sin and chaos inevitably will merge. Just as Christ came for a Purpose, so must we understand our Life efforts must be Purposeful. The Cross did not happen to Jesus, nor are those who we esteem as called, e.g., Pastor Begg whom we are forever grateful for his obedience to answer his calling for pastoral teachings to lead us to Christ. Pray for me.. I think I've lost all faith What kind of God? How much more should be taken... This rough edge may never smooth Toss me out.. torture someone else into compliance because i dont think I'll ever understand...
