My elderly Dad just passed 11 days ago. Months ago he had a fall and was placed in ICU. A few weeks later he was placed into a care facility. My older sister visited him daily, after 1 week she said she would often find him just sitting in a chair, slumped, no one talking to him or even paying attention to him. His health declined so badly in that care facility through medication and LACK of care that she immediately took him back to care for him at her house. That very evening he was different, he sat up in his bed, ate some dinner, she said he looked much more alert and color had come back to his face. Both parents are passed now, but I pray if possible not one elderly person is put into any type of care facility, they are there for one reason to die. It is horrific.

He eluded to it but never actually said it. I researched and found 3 different names for it; Sol, Vern and Liberty. I don’t know if either of these are correct.

Dave, I interrupt my watching of this series of 5 videos of your seminar to say this, on minute 2: 12:09; "The concept, doctrine or mention of "parens patriae"("patria potestad" in Castellano or commonly known as Spanish. Later on I learned it canes from Latin) is a word I heard my mother mention, several times, while I was growing in Cuba as it follows "I(her) have your(my) parens patriae" so for a time in Cuba this right was respected or allowed onto parents or, my mother was subtly or spilling the beans "she got the right of governing us, her children, after her divorce of my father". So I heard of the concept, but am learning it's being abused in my opinion, in a conglomerate of countries to get control of children at the earliest of age, to enslave them, to conduct them off of the path that leads to God, the Owner of all that exists! And to make of them, while they're naturally children of God, whatever they want. And again thank you for your stands, your fight, may Jehovah be with you, forever!

This question is about loss of life from an accident that happened in 2016. My wife was involved is an accident on her way to work and was killed from the seat belt that broke her ribs when she was cut off in her driving lane. The other driver was charged with wreckless homicide. The drivers insurance paid for the repairs and 150,000 to me. The lawyer got most of it and the debts she owed paid out of it. The hospital and burial costs. Can I take the driver back to court in a common law civil suit against her trust? If so, should i name others in the suit? That way I can give money to our kids and grandkids that suffered loss as well.

David does EXACTLY the same thing I do. I do not trust text books, I always search for old books. Its called Primary Source Information. Anything else is Secondary and manipulated. That's why I like going on road trips and finding old book stores and even searching on line for old books. I HATE Commentaries!!! But they are a GREAT source of finding out about Primary Source Publications!!! I'll pick up a Commentary and read thru the Bibliography to know the names and authors of the Original Primary Source Information the Commentator read to write his fraud book and then go find THOSE books and never waste my time read that!!!

Just now realized that on my birth certificate, my mother may have been "informant" but my father's name was NOT "husband of informant". Later, in a divorce proceeding, the BAR used STRAWMAN names of "HUSBAND" and "WIFE". So wouldn't a "Bill of Divorcement" be not only null and void, but also a swindle by the BAR and the Money Court Industry unless the non-HUSBAND's name is stripped from the progeny's birth certificate?

Amazing content. Thrilled for knowledge to be available. Many Canadians struggle with the idea that "these Laws and Rights are only for the US." Or "that is Theirs. Or them." The 19 Rights listed at the end of the part 5 Utah video, do they apply in Canada? And where is he getting them from (other than the Bible Amen) ? I am not convinced that We (Canadians) can site UCC and USC in our own defenses. Grateful for all of You's time and efforts. The Right to Self-determine is our number 1 foundational cornerstone! Such great information, but I actually think the calendar he mentioned is still wrong (but of course, there are a lot of debates about calenders). The biblical calendar is based on the sun and starts in the middle of March and Passover is on the 14th of the first month. That's when the year starts, then there are 12 months of 30 days each, and 4 intercalary days between each season. 364 day year. If you follow the moon cycle you'll get thrown off and end up with 13 months, but have to make adjustments every once in a while.
