David Swift Wasn’t Abusive or Controlling, Didn’t Murder Wife: Defense

As closing arguments continued in the Karen Swift murder trial, defense attorney Daniel Taylor reviewed the timeline from when Karen filed for divorce from the defendant, David Swift, arguing that these actions didn’t lead to her murder. Taylor contended that Karen wasn’t scared of David and didn’t file for divorce because of abuse. David has been charged with premeditated first-degree murder and could face life behind bars.

Whoa! When I went thru my divorce 25 years ago, there was a very popular attorney who used to wear super flashy suits! He’d wear a big cowboy hat too! (And I’m on Long Island Ny, not Texas or anything).. he was a very interesting man, and from what I surmised, a fantastic attorney! That suit behind the defense attorney brought back my memory! Lol

Chris Watts never was abusive, a perfect husband and father until he decided to strangle his wife Shannan the night she got home from her trip after going to bed, wrapped her in a blanket dragged her down the stairs into his truck while his two little girls watched drove her hours away buried her in shallow grave oil fields where he worked then proceeded to strangle his two little girls then dropped them in crude oil tanks. This guy David was insanely jealous, CREEPY stalker she was divorcing her he would lose everything, common sense circumstantial case. GUILTY

It isn’t even the defence that stands out to me in this case, it is just the prosecution having literally nothing in physical or forensic evidence which makes them fail to clear the bar of “beyond a reasonable doubt” by a hilarious margin.
