Enjoyable lecture. I suspect thatt philosophy, religion, religious practice (pre-religion) are in fact modes of poetic thought. Valery mentioned once the poetic emotion happens when phenomena are sensed as "musicalized" Musicalization, of course, implies a controlling will and a design.
