great stuff, the clock or timer you watch has GOT to be on the wall in front of you so that you keep your head up the entire time to achieve the best possible results from these drills. awesome drills that work but always keep your head up folks! handles are next to useless without good court vision
@cathdryglobal10 жыл бұрын
Very good advice. Looking up the court will help you become a complete player. I am currently working on new videos that will be more advanced. Plus I got a timer so I can keep my head up, lol. Thanks again and keep your eyes open for new videos.

Hey Frankie, what i do for such a thing is work on imperfect dribbling drills evolutions, that means I allow myself to make errors over and over again, and evolve these sort of drills into my basketball regiment as I transition them over time into moving drills and eventually game play. I like these drills, but I take tons of breaks in between as to not fatigue to often, maybe that is what you're referring to as in getting stiff or freezing up! David is pretty intense here with his drills :)

@virtual_intel11 жыл бұрын
This is some truly intense continuous drills, and tough indeed to keep at doing non-stop. Wow! you really are super dedicated to your drilling regiment David. Do your muscles fatigue while going non-stop? I prefer to take break after break during my drills, so to allow for my muscles to regenerate after getting good rest, plus I'm a small dude and need tons of oxygen in my blood stream so I drink plenty of water as well.
@Effectivebasketball11 жыл бұрын
It not cause I want to say it wrong but I like to ask why is so long for exercise that should be use in most cases like worm up?

@DavidDabel12 жыл бұрын
I think that you are doing a great job with your workout routine! I would say add playing pick up basketball to the list so that you can improve with game situations. Also, watch college and professional basketball on tv and work on moves you see and focus on the team game aspect as well so you can improve on that. If you play the point position watch good point guards playing and see what they do that make them good. Skills are very important but understanding the game is just as important.

@GlitchPredator10 жыл бұрын
Simon Ogbuokiri true mirror everything you do with your right hand in your mind then you will have more succes. Also something I like to do is tape a finger on my weak hand so my mind becomes more aware of the weak hand, only do this before a game because if you do it more often youll get used to it and it wont work anymore.
