David, I don't know where you live, but my family and friends don't even give one jot about Jesus's birth.

It goes back to Nimrod. That’s what the 25th celebrates. Gilgamesh and Osiris. It’s not saturnalia. It all goes back to nimrod and the birth of his son which was supposed to be a reincarnation of him.

It’s SAD to me to see that Christmas (a non-biblical day) is an opportunity to lead the world to Jesus. It should be Scripture and Gods Warriors leading the World to Christ. Which is biblical. We don’t know the birth-date that Jesus was born. God intended it to be that way. If HE wanted us to know… He would have made it very clear in Scripture. God knows the flesh… and how humans would focus on His birth rather than his death and resurrection and what HE did on the cross for us. Something to think about. Now let’s add how paganistic Christmas has gotten today!… how many Christian’s do you know who are in debt due to this holiday? …how many Christian’s do you know that suffer depression during this holiday?… how about anxiety? …stress? My guess.. we all have at one time or another…fit into one of these categories. Dec 25th is a speculation… Christians need to stop that.

The day he was born he was born to die so that’s interesting to me .

Even if it was or wasn't a pagan holiday. It's a pagan celebration these days.
@queenofprops16 сағат бұрын
Depends on how you celebrate it. We have choir and musical performances in which every song celebrates Jesus, we go to church Christmas Eve to sing carols extolling Jesus, we decorate our house and lawn with a Nativity scene, and we pray as a family on Christmas Day before gifts (which echo the gifts Jesus has given us).

Christmas is pagan… he was born during the feast of tabernacles and died during feast of Passover. Jeremiah 10:2-4 talks about heathen cutting a tree and decking it with silver and gold.

Look for Wes Huff's video on Christmas and paganism. There are big differences between decorating one's house with a tree and the Idol worship described in Jeremiah.

@@idavidp2895 we don't worship a tree..... I worship Jesus. You can turn this out to be a pharasee thing. God knows our heart. If u don't want to do Christmas fine. But let others celebrate the way they want.
