Hey David thanks for this video I have a larg persian frame drum (daf), the skin is synthetic plastic, i dont like the sound of it. do you know of any instructional video on how to chang the skin to animal skin, and which brand of skin do you recommend?

Ηello David i'm new in the word of frame drums and i have enjoyed all of your videos, which i find very didactic. As a new student i have a question about which size is the best size for a beginner. I have a 20 inch tar and i think it's easier for me than the 18' bendir i used before. But my experience is very limited. What do you think it's the right size for a novice? Thank you!
