Otto Vuorio Okay buddy here’s the hard truth. David took roids during the time he benched 390. HOWEVER. He WAS NATURAL in this transformation. You’re telling me at 17 190lbs and after 3 years of training you can’t hit these numbers? The only one that’s insane is his bench, but his ass flys off. If you don’t think it helps that much, then why did it take David another 18 months after this to hit 315 with his glutes on? Also, about the pictures, he wasn’t nearly as big as he looked. Go and watch his vlogs months after his this video came out and you’ll see it was mostly lighting pump and angles. Get scienced.

Adam he is on roids, the leap he made from 2nd to 3rd year is to much unrealistic people train twice the years he did and still not achieve that and he has an ectomorph body, if he wasnt on roids he was on some other shit that granted significant boost to his training. And lets not talk shit he trains hard etc, many train hard at the gym and keep lifting till cant lift the bar no more and follow intense diets and still no where near this guy physique after years try guess why cause its unnatural + 1st 2 years everyone is learning the process of contracting muscle and best movement and which most effective exercises work on body guy starts and boom better then a pro athlete in 3 years haha
