To get on gear maybe not lift natty that's for sure. Once they find out they're all going to stop or look for a gear plug at the gym. Gear is great and sometimes necessary but not for teens.

You’re telling me at 17 190lbs and after 3 years of training you can’t hit these numbers? The only one that’s insane is his bench, but his ass flys off. If you don’t think it helps that much, then why did it take David another 18 months after this to hit 315 with his glutes on? Also, about the pictures, he wasn’t nearly as big as he looked. Go and watch his vlogs months after his this video came out and you’ll see it was mostly lighting pump and angles. Get scienced.

@@yrnace4954 This guy trains his chest 1 time a week, the same for his biceps and so on, but wow does he look superhuman with all those veins popping out of his skin. How is this possible without the use of steroids? Muscles like these didn't exist before the 30s (when steroids were introduced). If you don't take steroids, you'll never achieve such results. It's all lies. I know so many guys who train 5 to 6 times a week and don't get these results. They're weak, you tell me?

And lets not talk shit he trains hard etc, many train hard at the gym and keep lifting till cant lift the bar no more and follow intense diets and still no where near this guy physique after years try guess why cause its unnatural + 1st 2 years everyone is learning the process of contracting muscle and best movement and which most effective exercises work on body guy starts and boom better then a pro athlete in 3 years haha
