I am heavier, and I absolutely love these shoes. They are very comfortable. Between yesterday and today, I walked 19k steps, and my feet feel great. I do not feel tired at all. If you are a heavier person, this shoe is for you.

240 lbs, 6'4. I actually just got these and took them out on a 3 Mile yesterday. I agree with a lot of your sentiments. I would say this is a great zone 2 day shoe, where you just want to cruise at a lower speed for an hour and have a chill run. Not the shoe I would wear for tempo runs or races. That being said, it excels as a chill recovery long run shoe!

I‘m a smaller female runner with narrow feet, and my feet were swimming in this shoe. Got the ASICS Glideride instead and they are perfect for my long and easy day runs.

I’ve been running for many years. 5’10” and 170 lbs. I wasn’t all in on this shoe after my first run. I have about 50 miles on them now. I’ve done road runs track runs and treadmill workouts. They feel great at steady easy paces. On my last outdoor long run they were amazing, I did easy pace with strides (7:30-8:00) min miles. They open up quite a bit after a few runs. 🤩 Normally I am an ASICS Superblast or Novablast fan. Cannot get a pair of Superblast in my size currently so I went with the Glycerin Max.

Only a few runs. Will be a great addition to the rotation when I start half marathon training.

I agree with the walking issue. The foam is too soft. It doesn't feel right for 1 to 2 hours walk. Better to get a hoka skyward x for walking which has a firmer foam.

I just sent mine back... I'm a slim runner, 6'3 and 153 lbs. with slender feet, so it was too much shoe for me but they were really comfortable!

@@graysonminer6179 I'm 6'3, 153 lb...and I wear size 11 1/2. The shoe was massive lol. It was bulky and didn't contour to my feet like I expected. However, they were extremely comfortable. I think it may have fit me better if I was a bigger runner with wider feet. This is not a golden rule, it's just the way I feel about it, hope this helps!

Hey it’d be cool if you tried the hooks skyward X out! I’ve heard good and bad but would like to hear your take since I’m a bigger body like you. Thanks

@@DavidMausJr i bought these for the looks (different color then yours), the comfort, plus they make me taller. imo, the only bad thing is they're too expensive to wear to work :P

Try the New Balance More V5, same high stack cushion but cheaper

Have these, they are nice but not as soft and responsive as the Nike zoomx foam
@colinking5742Ай бұрын
Considering that foam is (admittedly amazing) the least durable foam I could possibly name- I’d say these are probably great for training.
