Word 2010 Tutorial | Formatting Pictures & Inserting Graphics

I just wanted to let you know that I just sat down at my computer; I, usually, watch a KZbin video as I do my work. As I looked over the recommended videos, I saw your videos, and I decided to watch this one -- thinking: "I enjoy this guy; he does a great job teaching how to used Word." So, out of all the available options, I chose to watch this video about formatting pictures (just for fun).

Very nice video. If I want to apply the same border, color, and width to a photo is there a way to create a style that will do this?

Can you show me how to turn on Picture Style? When I insert picture sometime it show picture style in Format tab and sometime it doesn't show.
