A Buddhist's View: Stress, Anxiety & Happiness

So many of us in the modern world would say that we suffer from stress/anxiety and these feelings are blocking our access to genuine happiness. Using a contemplative meditation practice, we're going to take a direct look at our personal experience of stress/anxiety and happiness to see if we can learn more about these experiences and the root causes of each.
