This piece, along with Sonatine are my favourite Ravel pieces. His other pieces are still outstanding. He never wrote a bad note. Underrated by the general populace...those who know about him can't get enough.

I have a question regarding you prevoius uploads. You have uploaded some of Zimerman’s playing. I have been trying to find more old recordings of him playing but there weren’t a lot of them. I also couldn’t find the ones you uploaded anywhere other than your channel. I just want to know how you got/found them. Thank you for uploading them :)

Hi there, apologies for the delayed response. Some of them are downloaded from old KZbin channels that were eventually deleted. For others, such as Zimernan's performance of the Valses nobles et sentimentales, I had to go on Youku (China's version of KZbin) and download them directly. Not sure if its still possible to do that. If you're looking for more, I'd recommend joining Krystian Zimerman's facebook fan page. There's a guy on there who has an extensive private collection of live Zimerman videos from the past 40 years, and he occasionally uploads them onto the fan page. Hope that helps!
