Thank you! For me this interview is a game changer. I never could understand why I held onto certain fears that did not seem to make sense given my own history. I've worked with several therapists who have tried to "explain" these fears but I could never quite accept their "explanations" completely because I had a gut feeling there was more to be explained about these fears, but I just couldn't put my finger on how to get in touch with it all.
