I love these Lebanese videos. Isn't it nice that you can see food anywhere in the world and know that you can adopt and adapt it to your own taste. The chicken and potato skillet dish is so simple. We get those chocolate filled croissants here in Toronto. They made it look so easy to make. That drink looks super healthy and refreshing. The fava beans felafel looks very light compared to the regular ones. And the pita bread is so thin compared to what we get in North America where it's kinda thick and the sandwich tends to be heavy.The sandwich itself looks so light. There is nothing better than eating home cooked meals in the originating country because you get the real taste. Everything in North America is so adulterated now that we have to make do with what's available. As for the city and the buildings, well they withstood the test of time. Just remember that these older buildings were built without the modern equipment we have now so it is amazing to see. It's a beautiful and clean city. I loved the story of the two brothers. Wow, what rivalry eh? People need to get back to the simplicity of life. Stop the fighting, stop the greed, stop the war, to each his own. Otherwise, God help us all. David: great job and wherever you are right now, don't know if you are still in Iraq, I hope you are safe and well. God bless you and keep you and may all God's angels surround you and protect you and everyone around you. 🙏🕊️😇🇹🇹🇨🇦.

$136 for a potato plate, one soft drink and mineral water!! That insane dude .. very expensive!
@theone-jz2rf Жыл бұрын
He said that the chicken and potato plate was about 6$ which means they paid around 8$ total. At that time the black market exchange rate was somewhere around 25500 Lebanese liras for 1$ but it shows 136$ on the bill because the official exchange rate was still 1500L.L. for 1$(which noone uses)

I'm sorry but I have have noticed that your very rude and inconsiderate of your hosts, as food in Lebanon is cheap, would it kill you to buy a sandwich, a juice or whatever you may be eating for your tour guide. I see them sitting there and watching you eat and praise the food your eating and your guide is standing near you eating nothing. Also I noticed you seem to eat and dribble food out of.your mouth over the main dish when you do actually manage to share with your guide, it's off-putting and discusting, what ever happened to sharing is caring.
@JudyT8682 жыл бұрын
mufloos: do you know what the situation is that maybe, just maybe the host's let David eat and enjoy the food. What about their customs. People could be fasting, you KNOW that they do that in some countries. Do you know what arrangements and conversations they had beforehand? As for all that other stuff you wrote, well I have no words because you sound really upset so I will leave that alone.

You must have lost your mind. There is no money in these videos. Bring back the Indian food. There is a desperate need on KZbin for Indian food videos. and millions of dollars are waiting for you.
