@@Davidsbeenhere Real quick tho you don't chew fufu and banku and kenke because most of it if you chew it tastes a bit sour and it is very sticky so they get on your teeth but you can continue chewing if you want to lol

Yes, you are in AFRICA 🌍 everything is herbs🌿 and that's true. Most of the drinks in Ghana are herbs. I was there February this year, beautiful country, the food are organic, very good and healthy...the people are nice 🇬🇭🌍🌴🌿🌲

Okro or okra becomes slimy when you cook it. But you can't mix banku to it. Its an okro soup or stew. Banku is sometimes a corn dough and cassava dough.
