In this documentary, I’m taking you into this incredible town to explore more of the culture and food of Kerala. We’re getting up early in the morning to experience the famous sunrise high above Kolukkumalai Tea Plantation. We’re also tantalizing our taste buds with vibrant dishes like tender beef fry, pani puri, spicy Kanthari chili prawns, juicy mutton leg, and appam.

David, have you been to Greece? I went there 15 years ago it’s beautiful I’ve visited Santorini Mykonos and Athens. The people were great. The food was fabulous. Looking forward to going back again at some point.

Hi David. I noticed that northern parts of India and southern parts are quite different to other parts that you have traveled to. Clean, well kept and the food, though somewhat different in some cases looked appetizing. Beautiful hotels, (didn't think that you would actually stay in a tree-house) but it suited you just fine, scenery especially the tea plantation: so green and pretty to look at. Not sure about all that walking uphill and downhill and those rocky roads. No wonder you needed Shelly to re-adjust and re-align your body. Too many rocky-road, potholes massage. It so nice how the people live in harmony. And Ebbin, what a really great guy. So pleasant, happy and loves what he does. So tomorrow is July 4th holiday: have a safe and happy 4th. 🙏🎉🥳🇹🇹🇨🇦

South is more tropical..... people are more educated and cities are lot more clean compared to North India...food is diverse and more inclined to meat in the south....northern people are herbivores and only eat veggies

Even North of India is very clean perhaps you aren't aware. All Himalayan Mountain States of India or even Cities in Punjab, Union Territory of Chandigarh to mention few.

South India is much cleaner and people are a lot more educated. The culture in South India is more cosmopolitan too. Kerala especially has no pollution and high levels of civic sense.

Hi there! Being from this part of the world I can say that aug (most green, chill climate,water bodies filled) to end of Jan( chill, good vibes). Avoid March end to July as it turns from scorching hot humid to raining cats and dogs! Stay can cost from Rs.1000/day to 20k/day(resorts/5*etc).
