if you ever make a roll-cake again - you can dust the towel with powdered sugar (or cocoa if it's a chocolate cake) to prevent it from sticking to the towel. you can also rub butter on parchment paper in the cake pan and dust with flour (or again, cocoa if it's a chocolate cake) to prevent it from sticking to the parchment paper as much.

I’ve seen a bunch of tips online about cutting down the sweetness of buttercream and most of it has to do with adding salt, a few people said they add popcorn salt.

apparently the best way to improve a box cake mix is to use butter instead of oil and milk instead of water. also add some coffee essence to chocolate cake, or almond essence for vanilla cake.

Have you ever tried Garbage Bread? I've made it numerous times and my family loves it. Most use only breakfast items, but you can make it so many ways. I don't buy store bought dough. I make a double batch of homemade pizza dough since its so easy. Good luck on future videos. Love watching yours!

You should’ve separated the egg yolks and whites. That way you can add the yolks with the other ingredients, then whip up the egg whites and *fold it in* *after* you color/flavor it.

Ok so I don’t know if you would ever want to make a challenge type video but I think it would be really cool if someone took a recipe and made it by using only substitute ingredients (e.x. if it calls for eggs use applesauce).
