Starting from Zero: In 2018, the author started with $0 and faced continuous failures before succeeding with the weighted blanket business, reaching $10 million in revenue and $1.5 million in profit within the first year. Poor Management during Expansion: After starting to make money, the author expanded too quickly, lacked financial control, and failed to establish clear structures for each brand, leading to loss of control and reduced business efficiency. Ineffective Product Strategy: Expanding into new products without a clear strategy diluted the brand, confused customers, and allowed competitors with cheaper products to take market share. Inventory Forecasting Failures: The author didn’t manage inventory levels well, resulting in stock shortages for top-selling products and the need to sell off less popular inventory at a loss, which damaged the brand’s image. Lessons Learned from Failure: Key takeaways include not expanding too rapidly, having clear financial strategies, focusing on core products, addressing issues quickly, and recognizing that failure is a learning opportunity.

@user-kh9nd9iv2tАй бұрын
@@aurelsuciu7062 depending on where you're from, you're allowed to make a certain amount of tax free income, I'm from the UK so for example, if by the end of the tax year, your shopify shop has made less than £12,500, you'll be okay if your current job already pays your tax for you before you're paid. If you make over £12,500 with say a month left of the tax year, then you’d make an LLC and put the income through that business and pay the tax on it.
