Thank you! That is so awesome of you! I had been in a rush and shot, edited and uploaded 4 videos yesterday. I am on a train out, so haven’t had any time to make the chapter markers yet. Really appreciate you for taking the time to help out! I will pin your comment to the top so others will definitely see it!

So far everything seems good. I didn’t have any glitches or crashes with 3 videos edited last night.

@chadmullins7553 thats great. The 19 beta I was using did crash a couple times on me. Hopefully all good now. That short I was referring to on your live hit 1M this morning. Very crazy

I appreciate you were stuck for time as you explained in another post, but the audio levels are all over the place with dramatic increases and decreases in the levels on your narration. One of the features of Resolve is audio levelling so suprised you did not showcase that. Otherwise an informative and useful video - thank you.

@@info-on-scubadiving thank you! Appreciate your understanding. I had some issues with a few things but really ran out of time. I would normally have those things all fixed and edited better, but things were really crazy. Due to current working situation, my wife is temporarily in another town learning something and I have a limited time to go see my family. So yesterday I had shot, edited and uploaded 4 videos. This being the last one and I was dead tired with no time to really work on it. Unfortunately the timing for the video was needed immediately as I wouldn’t have time in the near future to do it. However I will be getting ahead on editing once I’m back home and will be able to focus on things better in the future. It’s a learning curve.
@info-on-scubadiving4 ай бұрын
@@chadmullins7553 I know what it is like working to the wire - 20 years ago I was doing an overnight edit with a courier coming early to collect the result and realised I had a spelling mistake in a caption - it happens! And yes, it is a learning curve!
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
@@info-on-scubadiving I normally do not get any negative comments, but have had several for this one. It’s totally understandable as the edit quality was not where it would be expected for this. I will be sure to make improvements for future things especially when highlighting quality things
@TheCluelessEmployee4 ай бұрын
@@chadmullins7553 Yeah, a few things seemed like they were in the previous version, but I still learned a couple things from this video, so it was still useful. Trust me, I know KZbin can be tough, and frankly the production quality even of this "rushed" video is way better than mine are :)
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
@@TheCluelessEmployee thanks for understanding. I know some features were from 18, but there were upgrades. I didn’t have time to script the video, so things I could have mentioned more clearly for this specific things were left out. After shooting, editing and uploading 3 other videos that day, I was half asleep doing this video. It could be better quality and in the future, it will be. I was rendering this video out at 2 am and finished uploading at 2:30. Up at 5 to be on my 6 am train… Haha so really no time to fix things
@rightOrWrongMyContry4 ай бұрын
Most of the features were already in version 18, waste of time.
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
Thanks for your feedback. Some features from 18 had been upgraded. So none of them are 18 version and most are new for 19.

Looks like there is nothing new to dynamic zoom.

The enhancements may seem subtle, but they are there. Things run a little bit smoother.

I wished you had made it clear what is studio only, it makes it very confusing watching a video telling you about features that are only in the studio version
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
I’m sorry if that is confusing. I was just doing a DaVinci Resolve 19 features. I didn’t plan it out for free version. Unfortunately my time was extremely limited and I didn’t do a very good job on some things. I will take into account the differences for the free version be studio in the future.
@markjohnson27234 ай бұрын
Just buy the Studio version. It's 1000% worth the 300 bucks.
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
@@markjohnson2723 absolutely worth it! However, not everyone can get it just yet as they are on a budget, but once they can afford it, than it’s well worth it

@@chadmullins7553 I am still trying to learn to do my first video with Davinci Resolve, I have used Corel Video Studio but not familiar with how to use Davinci Resolve yet.
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
@@SteveHcutabovehost I see... I am planning on doing a full overview of editing a video from start to finish using DaVinci Resolve 19. I appreciate you pointing out the need to know the difference is between studio only and free version. It seems I should do 2 separate videos for that as it can be confusing and restricting.
@RobertWildling4 ай бұрын
No offense, but this video is cut really badly. It doesn't do any good for DaVinci Resolve...
@chadmullins75534 ай бұрын
Thank you for your feedback! If I had more time, I would have done a lot more. Unfortunately my time was extremely limited as I had to be out on the road but still wanted to get something out. The features are still there and they work well.

No idea why youtubers feel it’s necessary to add stupid music while narrating a tutorial, just irritating.
@chadmullins75533 ай бұрын
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, not everyone likes the same things. Many do, but some do not. The amount of complains about adding the music are literally 95,000 views to 1 complaint. So unfortunately I should probably have to keep it.
@chadmullins75533 ай бұрын
However, it does give me an idea for community post to ask the community. I know you are not alone, but only one to speak out against it... So I will do a poll and if the majority do not like the music, I will eliminate it.
