--What I really find amazing about this dance is the great amount of intricacy and grace that was put into it. Everything flows together so smoothly, and so well with the music. --And the interpretation! :D It's wonderful- the way that these two can tell-convey- a beautiful, interesting love story through their dances. This dance, especially, told a story so intriguing and delicate and special; full of grace and simple elegance. Beautiful. :)

This is so beautiful. I would say it's one of my favorite of Meryl and Charlie's free dances, but then, I love them all. ;)

Every time I watch this, the ending fascinates me. Charlie letting Meryl go...it almost brings me to tears.

He's supposed to be a 'ghost' that, a dream that she has created for 'her sad, lonely life....'...The dance is that she remembers him, but only in a dream....wanting him to be real, but he really isn't....

Yes it's a completely different style from last year. I love how much mature they showed out there. They were cute at 07 nationals, but they were so polished just one year later.

Performances like this one are why I am continually baffled by the whole "they have no chemistry" argument. Where did that even come from? They are and always have been beautiful together.

I agree totally! M&C have just the perfect amount of chemistry for this performance as well as other performances. More than that will probably make most spectators feel uncomfortable.

It's because Charlie doesn't kiss Meryl's hand like Scott does Tessa's. Personally, the hand kissing has gotten old...and kinda sickening. lol!

I totally agree with you...Just because Meryl and Charlie don't have that "in your face" chemistry, it certainly doesn't mean that they don't have a natural chemistry between them. I can't stand all that phony hand kissing Scott does to Tessa either.

My favorite program is Samson & Delilah. When they put their hand on their heart after the 2nd(?) lift, I just melt. lol!
