hey davud im Ehab from Egypt .. i do really appreciate ur generousity by giving people tip... specially what u did in hurghada i live there btw thats why i knew ur channel....sadly the boat driver scammed u i felt it from the time u gave him 700 and the way he grapped the money u are supposed to give him 450 and then when he takes u back then u can tip him he will be okay but because u give him all that at first he was greedy to ask for more .....at last i hope u excuse him as life is really hard in egypt and finally not all the people honest and modest i hope u enjoy the rest of ur time here in egypt ♥

Great Videos Davud I love Egypt charming it's history /sites and friendly people the food 😊 been there several times and to Luxor , but I do feel for the animals there 😔This too happened to us in Luxor and else where you end up paying much more , we didn't mind and always gave to those in the street too every day there but when it becomes on a regular basis can be uncomfortable !

Because they'll think it's acceptable for the next tourist and it ruins the whole experience. Egypt is a country you have to know how to bargain and stick your foot down. @@asolly81 I think the latter is probably hitting the nail on the head. Unfortunately, doing things like this just ruins it for the proper gullible tourists, that’s why these guys keep scamming! It’s the same as tourists giving money to little kids, it keeps the scam going. I’m actually not convinced he 100% knows what’s going though, ie how much he’s being scammed by, I just think he thinks everyone’s being nice, and it’s the total opposite in Egypt……literally everyone is after your money there! They get pretty aggressive when they don’t get what they as well, which can be quite dangerous when you’re in a foreign land.

Great video,the horse carriage driver was a lovely guy he was so nice,the hotel looked fantastic too.I would love to go there but it's so exhausting with every aspect of the day with someone begging,hustling for money at every turn and if you do tip it's more more more please,I get they have a hard life and money is survival but the constant begging is a real drag.

I lived in Egypt over 2 years, I am English used to shops closing at 1730 in uk but in Egypt most shops and restaurants open late afternoon and stay open till about 0200 it’s normal for most Egyptians to sleep through the day completely they hate the sun

We went Banana Island and got scammed by the tee guy over there. I payed with card he was very fast never gave me any receipt because other costumers came in and he scammed me of over 800 us $!!!!!!! Yes 8 hundreds us dollars!!! Dont go there!!!!
