Ok Davud, so I just finished all your Afghan travel series, and I must say, it was really enjoyable watching you travel thhere with an open mind. I've watched other travellers, but your coverage has its own flavour, its filled with warmth and a willingness to learn rather than pass judgements. Above all, you have been extraordinarily generous with the locals, maybe because it's your Azerbaijani culture that is common with Afghans (for example, when people refuse to take money, you still give it to them knowing that they are just being polite, or that you leave tip to the needy without any expectation). It's been really a human experience, thanks for taking us along with you!

Unfortunately, I'm disabled in a wheelchair (been all my life, so no big deal), so it's VERY cool to see places I wouldn't be able to move around in. Afghanistan seems amazing. Great people and great hospitality. Us Americans, usually see the way people look at you, the camera, etc., and would assume the people are angry, disapproving and so on. All it is, is cultural differences. Everyone is human and no matter what language you speak, a handshake and a hug will always mean the same thing. Thank you for sharing your journey.
