Davud has been the kindest and most generous KZbinr supporting the local sellers so far. In fact, I have seen some local sellers gave free foods at no charge to certain KZbinrs and some other KZbinrs said to sellers to keep the small change, but Davud pays much more than the actual prices. Thanks a lot for supporting the especially small local sellers with your generous tips, Mr. Davud. May Allah grants you taufik and hidayah. Ameen.

Cendol is a traditional dessert. Usually served with coconut milk and palm sugar. The bao or pau(for Malaysians) sold in malay stall are always halal unless those sold at chinese eateries, the popular ones would be char siew pau and pork pau.

It's norm for Malaysian people often to eat outside their home. One may come across varieties choice of food to eat outside. Not worry if you don't cook because you can get a decent cooking at nearest stall outside your home. Not surprising if one may came across some Malaysian MPs often spent their time in local shop to buy or eat their favorite food at the stall. Former MP Najib famously known buying aiskacang and chendul nearby his home.

It is palm sugar not brown sugar. Anyway, cendol needs beans too which they did not add.
@WanderingMunchers2 жыл бұрын
For Penang cendol, yes must have kidney beans. But other cendol doesn't necessarily have to add beans. I grew up in KL eating cendol mostly without beans, its optional. Only when moved to penang do I eat cendol with beans.
