Also keep in mind that Davy Jones was also on Britian's Longest Running Soap Opera Coronation Street. Alot of folks on UK Soaps either become Pop Stars first then Soap Actors and vice versa. Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits was on the show and members of the Popstar Group Hear'Say and Boyzone (who appeared on As The World Turns) did Coronation Street and Keith Duffy also did the Irish Soap Opera Fair City. His Daughter is Autistic as well. Other Coronation Street Alumni have included Suranne Jones, Sarah Lancashire, Joanna Froggatt, Rob James Collier who of course did Downton Abbey, Gentleman Jack, Happy Valley & Julia. Davy Jones also did a profile on being a Teen Idol and his downfall was heartbreaking. There were times he admitted he couldn't even eat.
