He told Kirby about the lawsuit, and Kirby gave him the okay, what would you do if you had a contract for 9 million dollars, and Florida offers you 13 million, then you break that contract, and then Florida tells you they don’t have the money, but leads you along with a promise their going to get you the money, but after you sign with them they don’t come up with the money, now you are out of 9 million and have to pay Miami for breaking their contract, because Florida’s coach, and boosters lied to you about the 13 million, wouldn’t you sue Florida?
