there's also zhongli who might not be from teyvat and hence isn't affected by the irminsul. after doing sumeru's quest, zhongli's character description about there only being 2 original archons changes, but only the wording changes, indicating that it was intentional. technically, if nahida took rukkhadevata's place, wouldn't she be one of the originals..? why doesn't zhongli's dialogue state that? oh and the first line of his character introduction is "Though no one knows where Zhongli is from, he is a master of courtesy and rules." 💀 along with the fact that "the geo archon descended from the sky 6000 years ago" (i forgot where that's written but it's written somewhere)... It's not much of a debate for me. Ei and Zhongli took out multitudes of gods during the Archon war without any Gnosis powers or help. Ei fought a copy of herself for centuries. She's also the one that split one of the islands and killed Orabasi. Zhongli used mountains as spears, created the Yaksha and adeptus. Mavuika herself is a mortal, who ascended to Archon hood thanks to the Gnosis. But she went through a whole different process.

The thing is, Mavuika beat Xblanque who literally beat the Pyro Sovereign with nothing, no power buff. He only had the Ruler of Death power after the fact because he specifically says he used the Divine Throne's power of power to negotiate with Ronova to have the human Pyro Archon system. Mavuika is way closer than you think.

What I’m wondering about is if the Thousand Blazing Suns factored in making Mavuika any stronger over all than she used to be. She was never shown using that that claymore in the past even in the animation. Not even against Capitano. Then prior to the final battle of Natlan she was using the craftable weapon until she got the A Thousand Blazing Suns via cutscene. Making me think she never had that weapon till now. And now she still has it since it’s her weapon used during her trial run in her SQ

And she and traveler were losing without it.

Even adding Mavuika weapon into the equation, Ei has the Musou Isshin, which is a significant boost to her power after her Story Quest. The Shogun and Ei were on par with each other, but after Ei unlocked the Musou Isshin, the Shogun stated that the blade possesses power incomprehensible to her. This makes the blade’s power higher than the puppet itself. In short, the puppet, which was already Archon level, and the Musou Isshin blade, which is even stronger than the puppet, are now part of Ei. Not to mention her own personal strength, which increased during that fight. Recently pre natlan she even upgraded the puppet’s Musou Shinsetsu (as revealed in a CN phone call event).

I think Ei wants to spar with Mavuika because she wants her on her side in the upcoming war, Ei is already preparing for it. Snezhnaya might be in 7.0 just because it's Archon quest will take action in whole Teyvat, and Ei/Mavuika might be VERY unfriendly with Tsaritsa, or they will stand on Tsaritsa's side against Celestia.

Her Limits are her own Human Body. Of all Archons she's still Human and so is mortal. If she and Ei fought I'm betting on Ei. The thing about the Pyro Archon was that other than the Dragon Sovereign, none of the Pyro Archons took down another god level threat while Ei and Zhongli literally fought in the Actual Archon war that Natlan was Spared from. So despite possessing their past Memories, Mavuika is severely handicapped when we are talking about Peak Archon Power. Remember Ei fought her Puppet self that was of Equal Power to her for so long that "Many nations would have risen and fallen in that time" Ei can Literally Outlast Mavuika Flame.

I do think Mavuika requiring rest does put her at a disadvantage but I think what’s important factor that everyone seems to ignore with the Ei feat is she doesn’t have a physical body anymore. Ei’s consciousness is around but she doesn’t have a physical body the fight Ei had with the puppet didn’t take place in a normal physical plane of existence. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ei probably can’t be physically fatigued anymore. If anything she probably can only be mentally fatigued. We see in a similar situation where Mavuika and Xbalanque were able to fight at full power without worrying about Mausau getting hurt because they were fighting in a temple of spirit. Not fighting in physical plane but a spiritual one. I think Ei’s feat is a will power one more than **purely** physical one since it’s not a physical plain of existence.

For me, Ei is the strongest at the moment for one main reason: She never stopped training. All the other Archons never trained in their lives or retired after the Archon War, but Ei is a true martial artist and has never stopped improving. As far as we know, she is the only Archon who, instead of weakening, became stronger since the Archon War, not to mention the 500 years she spent fighting the Shogun and winning.

Slight correction as I do also believe Ei is the current strongest, but Mavuika’s hobby is literally training and getting stronger. She is just as much a true warrior as Ei. Ei just has the advantage of being a god that doesn’t age. While Mavuika has the disadvantage of being a human that’s lifespan is basically nothing compared to Ei’s. Mavuika had to find away to go 500 years into the future. But Mavuika was still the strongest warrior in all of Natlan prior to becoming Archon and prior to becoming Archon again in the present.

One thing Before Sun and Moon doesn't mention much, that we have since learned though, is that the dragons didn't only fight with their authorities, they had their armies and they all had technology more advanced than that which present day geniuses could comprehend. Also, at some point Forbidden Knowledge too, which is even more powerful. And yet all of that, was no match for one being the holy sovereign of sovereigns and saviour of mankind. Not only did the Primordial One beat the dragons so badly, they stripped them of their authority and their homes and sent them back into the dark ages. This was an event of celestial proportions and it was not the dragons who emerged victorious.

From what I understand from Natlan Archon, World, and Story quests is that Mavuika is indeed very very strong that is because she inherited the ancient name Kiongozi. Which, as Xbalanque have said, accumulated all the power from all of its predecessor . In that context, I assumed that power works in the similar way with One for All concept in the anime MHA and actually so much more because Xbalanque also said that the successor will also inherit the knowledge of all the previous ancient name bearer. That's why Xbalanque wasn't able to defeat Mavuika, and in fact just hang in by a thread while Mavuika is still has more power to wield with her. And this ancient name is also the reason she became like Mary Sue, she really became perfect because of all the knowledge and power accumulated by all the pyro archon starting from Xbalanque has become hers. It's like a cheat code, the only caveat is that she is only a human, and hence is not like other gods who is immortal. Major feats that Mavuika has achieved so far that can be used as a reference of how powerful she truly is are as follows: - defeated Capitano (emphasis on Capitano being the first of the fatui) - defeated Xbalanque (emphasis on Xbalanque able to defeat a sovereign) - Able to punch and shatter the false sky revealing the crimson sky (note that the sky is maybe the work of heavenly principle, primordial one or the four shades) - Mavuika also inherits the power and knowledge of the second pyro archon after Xbalanque. The second pyro archon defeated Och-Kan btw if you guys don't know. All in all, it's hard to say Mavuika can win versus other Archons if ever they have to engage in a combat, because she is still a human afterall. But power level alone, I can say Mavuika might actually be strongest, that is if she can yield it all. Imagine her power is like double edge sword. It is devastating to all the surrounding if used in maximum but ultimately will cost her life.

The fight between Xbalanque and Mavuika should have been one-sided from the start if you take the MHA route, but that’s not the case. Even the memory of her ancient names, which was shown, isn’t as solid as it appears with the lack of xbalanque history/ personality

@Gogetamain I could be wrong, but this is my understanding as also said by Xbalanque in Mavuika's story quest: "I bear the name 'Kiongozi' - the leader of our people. After countless generations, this name came to you, and you used the power it accumulated over the years to defeat everything in your path." That is what Xbalanque have said to Mavuika in her story quest. Maybe Kiongozi being the ancient name of pyro archon has that unique ability of accumulating not just memories but also power unlike all other ancient name. As for Mavuika not able to defeat Xbalanque right away, I told you she is only a human she can't burst out all that power because of her mortal limitations. Xbalanque also said that he is able to keep up with Mavuika by a slimmest margin, meaning in that short amount of time that is already his extent while Mavuika can still exert more. Anyway, this is all just my interpretation of what has transpired on Mavuika story quest and I could be wrong. But I choose to believe it as this is the only explanation that can fit her being a "Mary Sue" of Genshin, and was able to defeat the first of the Fatui. Other than that, the Archon wouldn't even make sense to me

@@paulolugo7447 in the archives it states that she used the full power of her person. I’m guessing she was holding back in the initial fight and then at the last punch used all of her strength. That punch damaged his heart, which is why the captain was okay to leave. I don’t think thrain had any problems because he was going to keep fighting. Also you can have to count these things too. Thrain isn’t in his prime. In the animation we could see that he destroyed the abyss without a problem. Which wasn’t the case in present. He didn’t sleep for 500 years Had 1000s of people screaming in his head which rotted his body and mind. Even then he’s still the strongest fatui and still is equal to mavuika. Zhongli defeated by far more gods than any other archon and it was before he got his gnosis. He defeated Osial so easily that he didn't bother killing it but rather only seal it, again without a gnosis. Also, Mavuika became visibly tired after the fight with Capitano. Both Ei and Zhongli, being non-human, can fight for much much much longer time (see Ei 500 yers vs. puppet and Zhongli being depicted as impenetrable every time we see him), so even if Mavuika has some strong hits, as long as they can't one-shot an archon she will tire very fast against an archon enemy and easily be defeated

The only version of the Traveler that I see beating Ei is them with their original power restored since at the moment they can't even handle Arlecchino who isn't even in the Top 3 of the Harbingers (Although they seem to have received a good power boost in Natlan).

Based on shonen power scaling bs that i have seen: Since Mavuika has defeated Xbalanque, and Xbalanque has defeated a dragon sovereign, then it would only make sense to say that she is the strongest archon based on this feat alone. Raiden and Zhongli have killed gods but Xbalanque went beyond that and still lost (by a very small margin) against Mavuika in a fight were they made it extremely clear that both were going all out and no physical limitations were taking effect thanks to the domain they were in

The 3 factors that boosts the Archon's strength are the Gnosis, the people's faith and the rulership over their respective nation. Currently, Mavuika checks all 3 and far greater than the other Archons. The only argument against her being the strongest Archon would be her being a human but Xbalanque defeated a Sovereign (died and revived in the process) as a human so who is to say that being a human automatically makes them weaker than the gods. I just wish we could actually see the other Archon's current powers to know what they are actually capable of.

Venti slicing and hurling mountain tops to form the Haar Islands is a nice indicator, same goes for Zhong Li and Guyun Stone Forest. Nahida looping Scaramouche counts for something I guess, maybe Greater Lord Rukkhadevata creating the Wall of Samiel is a better display of her strength? Focalors using 500 years worth of indemnitium in a single attack is perhaps the most impressive, Raiden Ei killing a suicidal snake doesn't count imo but the bird-shaped crater on Seirai Island does for sure. If Mavuika had an earth-shaping feat such as melting the Mare Jivari from a lush island to a sea of lava and ash then maybe she would be strongest, but she's a 'mere' human, so my money is on the incarnation of lightning, purely because shes not human.

Raiden Ei herself said that Mavuika's wrath created something similar to Musoujin Gorge back in Khaenri'ah when she got there, so if we go by purely destructive feat, they are equal. Stamina-wise, it depends on whether Mavuika can out-damage Ei or not, so we don't know yet. Of course we don't include Ronova's buff here since Mavuika would oneshot pretty much anyone with it and also since it isn't her own power.

I think Mavuika potentially is the strongest at this point in time, mainly from the viewpoint she is the most active. She is basically at her full strength from 500 years ago, still active fighting, had a deal with a shade and angel, and still has a gnosis. Zhongli and Venti have both given up their gnosis but their powers liked waned after the cataclysm and lack of use. But an argument in their favor is experience, they significantly older and have more secrets. Ei is a contender however, I think she had gotten stronger than she has been previously since she fought for 500 years against herself and unlocked Makoto’s powers.

I think it’s pretty important to note that while Erosion and loss of memory seem to be a concern for every other throne, the Pyro Archons seem to have gotten around it. Memories are connected to strength in Teyvat, and Mavuika has all the collective memories of every Pyro Archon before her. Sure Nahida can access Irminsul, but those aren’t her memories, hence why she doesn’t remember anything about what “she” did before the Cataclysm. TL;DR Natlan’s rules and the Pyro Archons subvert the heavenly principles, which even Ei can’t do.

The problem with Mavuika being "The Strongest Archon" is that the writers have not made it clear at all why she is powerfull at all and same for the previous archons, so its very bizzare when it comes to world building and power scaling. What do I mean? Well..... this: 1. How did Xabalanqe defeat the Pyro Sovreign? 2. How come he even got to fight the Pyro Sovreign? Were they not defeated by The Primordial One? 3. Is Xabalanqe defeating Pyro Sovreign an indication that Natlan is the oldest nation? 4. If the Pyro Sovreign is one like Neuv, so a reborn one without the authority of Pyro, then what? Did the Primordial one give the Authority of Pyro over to a human? Why? How was the authority then passed down to other human Archons? 5. How come no God tryed a tactic where they just w8-ed for the Human Archon to just get old and kill them then? Or alternatively, kill all possible next archons while w8-ing for the human Archon to get old and then kill him? 6. How come 1 human is born every generation in Natlan with power rivaling the Gods? We need an answer to this, as 1 human being that powerfull is unlikely, but otherwise fine, however a whole line of Archons that were that powerfull for that long is absurd. 7. Another tactic the other Gods could have employed during the Archon war, would have been to just w8 100-200 years and kill the weakest human Archon, right? They had no reason to fight the stronger ones. 8. Why are the Statues of the seven in Natlan specifically built to resemple Mavuika? Sure she was the Archon 500 years ago, but......surely their construction was older than that, right? And I could probably go on, but you get the point. A human Archon just raises too many questions that need answering.

A lot of your points have already been answered. Xbalanque defeated the Pyro Archon because he had been corrupted & several weakened by the Abyss. He was simply a shadow of his former self. He made a deal with a Shade to establish new rules in Natlan & became the Archon in the process. The Pyro Archon faked his demise to escape the Heavenly Principles & hid from Celestia, until he tried to regain Natlan while weakened & “lost” to Xbalanque, though it was a tie because both met their end, but Xbalanque was revived.

The PO stole their authority over their elements, you would think that pretending to die in those circumstances would either be impossible or pointless as it would require you to give it up, which would be as good as defeat. "He made a deal with a Shade to establish new rules in Natlan & became the Archon in the process. " Right.... except that has a timeline problem....when did this happen? Before or after the Archon war? Before or after the PO defeated the Dragons? And this does not change the fact that any God during the Archon war COULD have entered Natlan, kill the Pyro Archon while old and take over. Again, everything is way too ambiguos and leaves too many questions. Also, it seems you ignored most of my questions despite the fact that you think that all of them have been answered already: Questions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 were also not answered.

@ Xbalanque could defeat an incredibly weakened Sovereign because he was, you know, strong? There’s a ton of really strong humans in the lore lol, they don’t need to be gods. Mauvika is a human. Also keep in mind, Natlan is protected by the Night Kingdom & the Lord of the Night, who is an angel & she aids the chosen warriors of Natlan with power. His ascension to Archonhood is implied to be done by Ronova, likely with the Heavenly Principles’ authority. This all happened during the Archon War but it was its own thing, because, like I’ve already told you, Xiucuahtl faked his demise to hide from the Heavenly Principles after he defeated the Dragon King Nibuleng. No gods came into Natlan because it was virtually destroyed after the war between the Heavenly Principles, the Second Descendant & the Sovereigns, which left Natlan too damaged & the ley lines completely broken. A lot of the things you’re wondering are available in the Wiki, I’m not going to answer them all because there are too many, I’m not a Wiki & sometimes KZbin deletes comments lol, but you can find them yourself. The lore is available to everyone.

Only the sky punching power wasn’t Mavuika’s when ascending to archonhood her own inner flame is awakened to bring out her potential giving her the divine archon rivaling strength. The throne is what unleashes her true and full potential. That was the temporary Renova power. The fight with Capitano and everything during 5.3 was Mavuika’s power as an Archon

Ei fought with her own self for the amount of time mavuika is alive. After her second story quest she said that the fight redefined her martial prowess and redrew her limits. Ei rn is a lot stronger than she used to be and even she has the unleashed musou Isshin now.

She is supposed to be the sun and she knows what the traveller is thinking which implies that she has some heritage with the traveller. Keep in mind it's the first time we actually save anything with an archon, Mauvika was arguably more impactful in the fight than we were. Aaaand she is still hiding the secret that Dainsleif speak about in the trailer, so there is that as well

Well she’s human so she’s automatically not as strong as Ei and Zhongli as they power isn’t limited by a vision. Probably 3rd strongest considering how the other archons aren’t really combat focused

Being a human doesn't matter when there is characters like dainsleif, and he is 100% stronger than prime capitano.

Yea being human does not automatically mean you’re weaker. In fact the majority of current strongest characters in all of Teyvat are humans. The Sinners, and Skirk are human and stronger than gods for sure. Skirk nonchalantly treating the Narhwal as a pet puts her at least on par if not above Neuvilette’s level of power. She wields a power from beyond. Dainslief is also way stronger than the Abyss Twin that even after 500 years of getting stronger was only able to win against Dainslief because he let them win. Dain is presumably stronger than Capitano with Capitano not even being in his prime being enough to rival Mavuika(who was holding back but still). Humans make up the most consistently strongest members of the cast. Btw Mavuika’s power isn’t limited by a vision she got her power back after 5.2 hence why she is flying around setting her hair on fire again in 5.3(things she could only do with her Archon powers) plus she does still have her gnosis.
