It was obvious if you know history Stalin used to go by the nickname Koba Smallpox left him with facial scars and he was injured at 12, leaving him with a minor disability.

War is my favorite of the three but Dawn is the best made. I can’t wait for you to watch WAR. That is where Caesar became my all time favorite Hero in film. I’ll also recommend maybe after watching the trilogy to check out the two graphic novels that tie in & reveal what happen to some of the film characters & show what happen in between. They’re pretty awesome stories

Using Wondershare Filmora myself! Love it! I'm a musician and video editing isn't really my expertise but this editor makes it super fast to make small promos for my upcoming releases! Can confirm. Excellent choice of film, by the way. Love this Planet of the Apes reboot series! :D

This was a greek tragedy for sure....Othello is another great parallel. All three films are excellent though, but this one was the most tragic imo

If you are interested in finding out what happened immediately following _Rise_ , I heartily recommend reading _Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: Firestorm_ . There's probably an audiobook version if you don't have time to read it. _Firestorm_ explains how the apes survived after _Rise_ and gives you more information about Koba's background. I sobbed for Koba while reading _Firestorm_ . IMO, it's every bit as good as the movies.

This trilogy is so underrated. Koba is the most terrifying villain in the trilogy.

12:18- I love this little speech. Koba's speech made the most sense to me than anything else in the franchise. I understand him. 19:46- "Human gun" that's right. I'll go right along with that lie.

I love the symbolism of that last shot. The sun rising on the Apes while the Human backs into darkness.

If you love/cried at this one then your definitely gonna feel alot of emotions on the 3rd part of the trilogy no spoilers. Also the reason Will Rodman didn't appear in Dawn (other than archival footage from the camera) is because he died sometime prior or during Dawn. It could be theorized Rodman possibly died from the ALZ-113 virus.
