A tinge of sadness accompanies this film in that it was Buck Jones's last appearance before his untimely death in 1942; in fact this movie was first released in U.S posthumously.

i have seen 68 of buck jone's 74 b-westerns. the 6 i have never found are The Lone Rider (1930), Desert Vengeance (1931), McKenna of the Mounted (1932), Silver Spurs (1936), Ride 'Em Cowboy (1936), Empty Saddles (1936) in case you can find any of them.

@@richardneubauer3365 Buck died heroically in 1942 saving people from a fire. With his death, no more Rough Riders movies were made, so 1942 was Tim's end as a Rough Rider

@@leahakel6383 The first Rough Riders movie (Arizona Bound) came out in 1941. There were 3 Rough Riders movies that year. The studios turned out movies at a breathtaking rate in those days.
