We often tend to forget That we are part of the Earth, A whisper of the Cosmos, The breath of the Universe. That we are born out of water, And our hearts, forged by fire, Our eyes are, of course, are stars And our bodies, are jars of clay Moulded and shaped by Powerful Hands. Our minds are the depths of the oceans And our imagination, the wide, blue skies. Each heartbeat, supposedly, Is a song of love, but why We are uttering now the cries of war? Why we have forgotten the riddles That the Universe has taught us? Our souls and spirits are not divided but one; And that we are brothers and sisters, And our race is but one. One idea that I often contemplate and that you echo in every video I've seen so far is that we don't spend enough time just being quiet and listening and observing nature, just being peaceful in our own thoughts. We need it more than ever before in our country. We'd all be so much happier for it. We are very fortunate to live in the mountains in a beautiful setting so it's very easy for us to do, if we just stop and breathe. Everyone is so angry and it shocks and appalls me daily, how individuals can wish harm on others who simply have opposing opinions. They sure need some nature therapy! Another lovely interlude, thank you. ~Cynthia

Your words are so poetic. Poems inspire me. You feel so connected to an environment of yours, I feel you have inspired me to tell a story about an environment I myself lived in :) As a person, I have a longing to break the barrier between myself and the natural world. I’ve felt this since I was 9 years of age. I though I could do so by spending much more time in my surroundings and making more of an effort to know it, but that has failed. It has failed because wanting to be a part of earths nature and growth was derived by Apollyon a longing to be a part of it, not a specific love for it. But this is where the story begins. Ever since sixth grade, I have loved what’s beyond our planet. It has always been fascinating to me. I love learning about zodiac signs, constellations, Star cycles, and new discoveries. I didn’t then, but I realize now that the longing could only be quenched by a somewhat hidden, but always present, interest of mine. My older brother is a photographer. Ever since he was around fourteen, he got into astro-photography and astronomy. It may be genetic, or from our similar encounters and experiences that we share this hidden love for space. He has accumulated many mounts and cameras and technology to help him with his photographs over the years, and every time he found something amazing while I was young (and it wasn’t past 11), my mothers would allow him to bring me outside and look through his telescope to see the night sky, and we would look in silence. Then, when I had just turned 12 and he was 16, we started building an observatory. Our neighbor was good with wood and so he helped tremendously in th building process, and I am an artist, so I filled the walls with colorful murals. We would go inside Teh observatory in clear nights and look at Star clusters and streaks of the Milky Way. We would look at Cassiopeia, look at nebulas, look at galaxies, look at planets like mars, Juliet and it’s moon and rings, and the brightest, Venus. Of course, some of these could only be seen through his pictures with his technology. Thank you reading my story

I enjoy watching your videos over and over again. Thank you so much for making them. Sometimes when I’m frustrated or stressed out I know I can put on one of your videos and sit down with a cup of tea and feel calm again. You have a lovely perspective and I’m grateful that you take the time to make your videos for us. God bless you.

I usually hate winter. I've been dreading for the days to get cooler this year, but this video made me think that it isn't just cold and sad. Rather a time to hibernate and turn inwards. Thank you.

I am a Pre-K teacher and I found myself channeling you today. We often downsize a child’s pain because we compare it to our own. But it’s maybe the only pain they’ve known no matter how small, it’s their own and we must honor that. Thank you for your kindness!🙏💕

I'm so glad I discovered your channel! I love seeing your beautiful and simple life. My life is a bit more complicated as a homeschooling mother to two teens, but I look forward to a day when I can spend hours daydreaming, relaxing, cooking, crafting, and reading. So smart of you to appreciate the time you have right now! Also thinking you *must* be a Waldorf teacher because you have such a sweet and kind soul. ❤️

I aspire to live a peaceful life as you have, since I love nature, art, and being alone. Living in a tight knit family is beautiful and has its advantages, but I really like to have my own space after I graduate from university.

I fell into a deep peace while listening to your video. The savage voices in my head, eased by the softness of your voice. Beautiful cinematography, very well spoken. You have a lifetime fan of your work.

I'm so glad I found your channel, your videos have helped me with coming out of a very dark place. They make me tear up sometimes from being so beautiful and peaceful. The mountain landscape is amazing, only in dreams (day dreams hehe) can I hope to live in a place like that. Long-term goals. :) Can't wait to see more videos and how it looks during the winter up there. ❤

Hamadryads, tree nymphs whose life depended on that of their tree. What seems to me to be the highest and the most difficult achievement of art is not to make us laugh or cry nor to arouse our lust or rage but to do as nature does- that is to set us dreaming. Flaubert

My daughter was like that little child being so upset ... until I was told about temperaments and differences in reactions ... my little girl was melancholic and needed a lot of compassion and even tiny scratches were a huge deal! Waldorf (Steiner) education is amazing 'tool' for children, parents, teachers ... Thank you for your gorgeous, truthful, kind messages in your films. Thank you. God bless you.

I’m a young person, so I’m still figuring out what I’m going to do in life, and you and your videos are so inspiring to me! They remind me a lot of visiting my grandparents house in the woods. Congratulations on being Creator on the Rise by the way!
