I'm hoping to see Huio hanging out with the scholars at some point in the future. It'd be interesting to see more windrunners active in nonmilitary activities

Totally agree. Get that boy some Connection so he doesn't struggle with the language, and then he'll lead a team of fabrial researchers.

I JUST finished this and I enjoyed it. Lopen continues to be a favorite of mine and him and the Stormfather's interactions continue to slay me. I kept hearing about Dawnshard and like Rysen, I thought it was a weapon as well but I was NOT expecting was it was. Can't wait to read Rhythm of War and finally be caught up with the Cosmere and have to wait like everyone else for new releases. At least we have SP4 coming out soon.

Rhythm of War is *good.* If you can, I'd suggest reading that before we get SP4. For...reasons.

Kudos on good quoting. When you're quitting a passage it doesn't sound like you're reading, nice.

I think Nikli saied to her no to bind with any sprenbecause it would lead her to be able to use the dawnshard. And possibly do the same thing that happened on Ashyn...

Great video! I loved Dawnshard because it gave us a good look at Aimia. I believe the Sleepless will play a big role in the end game of the Cosmere. I wrote a (long) theory about how the Sleepless could be used to reform Adonalsium. It's over on the 17th Shard forums ([Theory] The Sleepless Reformation of Adonalsium). Would love feedback! Poke holes in it!

It's a very specific, incredibly niche reference. Proof that I make these videos mostly to amuse myself.

I stumbled upon this video, I understood 50% of the words and 20% of the context. Bug people, wheel chairs, firm pecks = a trans person? Hornier is probably horn eater?

Your videos are so cool Steve! But thanks to you I've realized (in a good way) why I 'm not enjoying the Cosmere recently. I mean, I will always read (and find out, obvs) anything Cosmere related, but I've come to a state of piece of mind thanks to you: what I love the most in books, in this order, is: 1) character work, 2) plot, 3) themes. We certainly get plenty of them in the Cosmere, but there is one little-humongus fourth aspect that Brandon LOVES and I don't: his worldbuilding. At this point, he's gone out of control for me. The aspects I enjoyed the most are being overshadowed by the INSANE levels of details, connections, nods, lore, foreshadowing, cameos, etc... It's just too much for a single person to hold. I will keep reading, but knowing that I wont ever get the complete experience out of it.

I just read the books and enjoy them as they are for me. And then I let the nerds fill in the rest for my uncomprehending brain capacity. 😂😂😂
