so now NO holy spirit? and before i prepare for the burst window i do 123 basic combo and then 1 atonement right?

He got the burst window wrong. You still need to do Holy spirit, and blade of honor is an ogcd weave. You'd put HS where Blade of Honor is in your rotation because it's stronger than all the atonement abilities except the last and weave blade of honor where you can.
