Have to say this is by far my favorite dax song 💯 And I felt the beginning like a mfr, the fact I had my son just over 3 months and he has never been posted on mine or my baby mama socials. And the funny shit, things like that, or like not validating my every moves.. seems so normal to me, but at the same time I feel like an outcast, like someone way different bc that's not the norm for these days.. it's almost like it's look upon as you're not a parent of you don't post straight out of that delivery room smh. Like these moments don't matter bc they weren't updated, but in my reality, I find a stronger connection with my merits when they only get seen through my eyes, through my moments and perceptions. And honestly as I've sat back over just the past couple years, I realized, must on social media have let that very measure dilute themselve into not even realizing they don't have self love.
