Time to get a little emotional: listening to this broke me down, a lot. I cried. Why? It's speaking in volumes how im currently feeling. My emotional state has been at its worst for a while, and I feel when I speak out my words are either pushed aside or laughed off ... yet, I've got to be a "man", ignore how im feeling, and make sure everyone else is fine. It takes a lot out of you, especially if you're a parent. Dax spitting nothing but straight facts!

I have got to say that as someone who struggles a lot through the day to day with my own life and everything that is going on, trying to balance everything so that I can have the healthy life, this really punched me deep in the gut and it got my brain cranking into overdrive

I feel like this alot, i have a 2 boys and 1 girl, but i'm lucky to have a fiance to help me through it!.. i feel for every man who don't have this, or are in a judgemental relationship. it's hard to keep it together just for your kids. i barely leave the house at the moment, my mental Health is at it's worst. i'm lucky that i'm on other spectrum where my wife works. because of my mental health i can't work.

If your boys want to talk about their feelings, tell them to make male friends to do it. As a man, you do NOT talk about your weaknesses to women because they WILL use it against you at some point in your life. If ever a man cries in front of a woman, it's been proven that the woman loses respect for that man.

Facts i recently read that study about crying in front of women. Its crazy they ask for men to share their feelings and just as quick use it to shut us down. Mind you thats not all women but a vast majority
