What most people fail to understand is that the vast majority of people who use carts use them because they have to and not because they want to. The convenience and the added factor of no smell plays a big role as well.

Doesnt everyone know carts are for getting high where you typically couldnt get high. Like who is using carts every time they smoke? Not me. They have their use though.

Carts are just not very enjoyable, and I totally agree. Carts are made for easy access, but even then, it's not the best to be stoned all the time. Flower is just so superior.

People spend way too much money and effort trying to up their "cart game". You can't pay more money on how you eat your McDonald's Big Mac and then get mad it doesn't taste like a A5 Wagyu burger.. It's a cart. I put it into a shitty little battery and take a shitty little hit and I get high. If I want ANYTHING more, gotta break out the wax or green. (Edit: Not you btw, the cart kiddies that think their boof cart from the plug is good since it's in a battery with an LED screen now)

Bro its a cart not a dab rig. There is going to be no difference in flavor on the oil unless you are roasting it hot enough to lose terps. I would say up to 2.8 with 2.2-2.4 being more ideal. There is no reason to ever go beyond 2.8 IMO. Those kodo pros are lying with their 1.8v and then giving you fat clouds. Here's the secret to hitting carts. Don't pull/suck directly on it. That's what messes up the coil and causes clogs. Hold the fire button and let the coil vape the oil on it, and it will naturally push it up out the mouthpiece a bit. Loosely draw on/around it, more like making a little wind tunnel around it, just enough to help draw the vapor through. You will get way smoother, bigger, more flavorful hits this way. Also if you don't have access to Coldfire then there's really no point to cart week. Hitting cheap distillate and acting like you know what you're talking about.

Just makes no sense to use carts when dab rigs are available. Dabs don’t just hit better and give you a better high, buying grams of concentrate is much more economical than buying carts. Even rosin or live resin carts are only for the times I’m getting high on the go.

I only use carts for a long days at work in between breaks to get me through the day. I just take a hit to calm my cravings until i get home to smoke actual flower.

Cost of goods on production are around $3-$5 per cart. That includes the cart, the distillate and the packaging. The best tasting carts are usually more amber colored concentrate. These are often accompanied by a thicker viscosity that tends to clog the tip. I usually only smoke carts at work. The live rosin ones are too "loud" for that environment. Some distillates are definitely better than others. The company behind the manufacturing more than any particular strain usually determines the quality.

The yocan battery that allows to adjust the heat by the decimal makes it hit better, less coughing. I suggest holding the cart in your hand like in a fist for a few minutes to get the wax warm, and then prime the coil before you rip. So hold the button down (low heat) and take a few tiny puffs the same way as using a straw, when you see some vapor coming out you’re good to take a big rip. Use ceramic carts only. And if the threads are gold plated, that’s better for the connection to the battery. I suggest live resin only, or solventless
