I was waking up at 10 ish and now I am trying to wake up 1 hrs early day by day to wake up at 5am is my goal but i can't suddenly change my sleep schedule like that ! So slowly trying to change

1.Sleep early and wakeup early in morning 2. Eat slowly very slowly 3. Eat in correct proportion 4.morning detox water 5.drink more water 6.1st believe in yourself 🥰👍 Mostly crt aana sleep cycle irundha weight gain aaga matom so mostly 10 to 11 atleast before 12 aavadhu go to sleep 😊
