I love your yoga. It’s so relaxing from top of head to toe. I can feel all the joint part are opened up by doing with your pace. You have also helped my hip from imbalance to balanced. I’ve realized how incorrect the yoga practitioner is teaching out there on the internet after practice for 7+ years, especially after done your practice I’ve finally learned the correct yoga. Thank you so much.

Day 19(18th June) The first part of the video was the most challenging one amongst all the previous videos of this playlist. Downward dog pose personally gets very difficult for me.

Ma'am I practicing 21 days yoga challenge from day one. From starting I did not feel any pain but from 2 to three days after practice yoga I feel back pain

I have practised these asanas religiously for around 20 days , i also practised yoga for pcod by satvik yoga, for initial 10 days i was feeling very good but then for 10 days i was feeling horrible , i was crying every day, didnt get sleep at night, finally i stopped doing it and feeing better now, can anyone please explained what happened

First day :- ✅ Experiencing pain in pelvic region after practising 😅but feeling relaxed tho! Second day :- ✅ Experienced pain in my belly region . Third day :- idk why i always feel pain in my feel while making V - shape but rest exercises are fun❤

Hi want to join yoga challenge of july but m a homemaker i can join the class for only 6 to7 am coz i hv to make brkfst at 7:30 thats why i hv to get ready for my household work as my parentinlaws wakeup at 7am can u suggest something❤

Then prepare the breakfast at 6:30 and then do yoga, you are no slave to someone especially when its just to give them food, they need to know that you have a life of your own and they have not invited a cook but a human being to their home. try making them understand this slowly slowly.
