Listen to me carefully : I have a simple solution for this adjustment undervalued by 10 % or overvalued by 10 % although i'm satisfied with sir solution too because i respect him nd his way of teaching but here's another way of solving it :- IF QUESTION SAYS : UNDERVALUED BY 10% JUST USE THIS FORMULA - BOOK VALUE(180000) × 100/ 100-10(90) = 200000 NOW YOU GOT THIS : 200000-180000 = 20000 IF QUESTION SAYS : OVERVALUED BY 10 % BOOK VALUE(180000) × 100 / 100 + 10(110) Thank you !

dude first of all rajat sir took almost an hour to solve these questions to make us understand, you don't know his speed so stop taking shit over here and i am also a student like you and i take a max time of 15-17 mins to solve these 6 marker questions. So stop arguing and start practicing coz it is the reality and it is what it is.....

No I agree, Rajat sir is taking his time so we understand, that's fine But like boards puts calculations in every question even small 1 mark. And in 3 hour we have to complete that too all mental math no calculator 💀 atleast extra time or calculator. We all are not math genius😭😭

Sir there is one more way of doing undervalued In the above ques where there was 10 % undervalued so we will do [180,000*10/100-10]. We will just simply subtract the amount of % by which stock is undervalued and we will add the same in the case of overvalued. It can save alot of time
