Did a stretching video yesterday before I hopped in on this one--super rich! I am not only getting better at these workouts, my entire alignment is improving and the feeling of support I have throughout my daily life. Thanks Hannah 🙏

Thank you for the great workout. I fell off the wagon of working out when they closed my gym mid March. I'm slowly getting back into a routine! I didn't want to work out today but just a few minutes into your video and I felt a ton better. I love that you do modified and advanced versions of exercises now!

Hi Hannah! After 13 days I have progress. But I have a problem with my back position. It's hard for my back to be down on the floor. With practice, it can be easier. I would be glad if you make a video on how to breathe properly.
