Margaret! Your standing workouts always leave me sweating after 😂 I do them when I’m in a lazy rut and just want something to build momentum but I keep forgetting how you tend to focus on endurance. It’s a win-win either way haha love your workouts so much!

Margaret i am so proud of you 😍 i found your channel a couple of years ago when you used to try other KZbinr and now you have your own channel 😭 also, i have been searching a good pilates channel for so long now and let me tell you you are the best tyour positive energy is contagious and i love that your goal is to make people feel better ❤️

I’m sweaty and sore but also very happy that I could do my workout again! These past two days I had a super busy schedule and I couldn’t do my Pilates practice and that made me anxious. But today I could squeeze my workout later than usual and I don’t regret it at all, it feels soooo good!! ❤❤❤❤

I'm 3 days behind in the challenge, and I was going to do two videos today to catch up a bit...but after this I will not be lol. Standing workouts really elevate my heartrate, and I have to stop often to keep from getting lightheaded. Practice helps though! Thanks, Margaret!
