Absolutely love the way you continuously remind us of proper body position throughout the movements. Embarrassingly, I find myself needing to make an adjustment nearly every time. Love the way you teach. Enjoy the day.

2 weeks of this challenge DONE and I feel so at peace! I look forward to these videos every day. I was looking for something easy on my knees for a long time and this is just perfect. The tightness in my legs is gone and I’ve slowly been able to stretch further than I was able to. Thank you for this!

Loved this one as always. Thank you so much 😊 🙏 After all this time I remember to ask you something. When we do the side leg lift and the slightly new side leg lift today, I’m never sure if it should be with rotating your hip or not when your leg is up. You are either very flexible or moving the top hip ever so slightly back. I’m not sure which to do. I can’t of course see You from above. So maybe if you let us know wher we should feel the burn maybe that will help? or maybe just let me know. Hope that’s clear? Thanks again and you are really the absolute best Hannah! ❤️ Your workouts.
