The way you just calculate the distance so fast is amazing, When I try it I allways get the distance wrong and waste like half of my ammo on 1 target and just bonk it

I’m sure you get better the more you practice it. I would assume that it gets easier to tell how far off you are the more you try it.

RB Ground Hi, I want to try to use the 100mm of the bmp 3 for indirect fire with the drone. The only problem it's that i'm unable to use the right reticle for the HE, it only displays the one for the 30mm, instead of changing scale when changing ammo like in every other tank.

@@barrymacockiner4716 you have to set the cannon as your secondary weapon in the commands settings, then while in game you can use the. ctrl menu to switch weapon, from primary to secondary

Dude at 1:54 when shooting that VIDAR makes ZERO sense... you got like 3 hits and that thing has no armor... classic premium shadow buffs. First guy blew up instantly upon impact and that had great armor...

Not really the first target he hit was an Japz.k A2 which has no armor at all. It only has like 25mm of armor overall and the roof only having 8-10 mm of armor. The best HE shell the BMD can carry is the 3OF70 shell with 36mm of Pen. So basically it can overpressure the Japz.K A2 almost anywhere. Mean while the Vidar has 35mm of High Hardness Rolled Armor which angled a tiny bit can go over 40+ to 100+mm of armor depending on the angle. So it's difficult to kill the Vidar with the BMD's best HE shell. The only place you can really overpressure the Vidar is the commander's cupola or right behind the gunner optics. You got to get really lucky to hit those small areas. So no "classic premium shadow buffs" just the Vidar is surprisingly well armored.

how do u calculate the distance between your tank and the enemy tank? i see it's displayed in your aiming sight but I have seen 2 more videos (those of BMP2 granade launcher) and there is no distance display on screen

any light tanks with drone, but only work in long range
