I love you Dr. Shafali- I feel as though I know you. I am in the midst of the largest awakening that I’ve ever been forced to respond to and not try to just “handle”. I’ve realized that I’ve been trying to secure for myself and give/secure/ensure for and to my loved ones something that Is impossible-- which is security and promise of the future and what that will look like and include. For me promise and belief that my marriage will last, for my husband that everything will work out as we want it to, for my kids that everything will occur in a perceived good way. And I see it’s not possible and in desperately and sincerely and whole heartedly trying to obtain and give something that is impossible has continued to keep me in the inescapable maze- by doing this without consciousness I’ve experienced resistance and heartbreak and confusion. Holy smokes- I don’t know, we don’t know- no one knows. And that is ok!!!! You are a gift - my sincere gratitude and eternal gratefulness will continue on and never end! To me you are light- love- beauty- wisdom - funny- passionate- in the know!! May life continue to unfold abundance and joy and passion and light to you and your loved ones.
