.....oh btw ........The Diamond does help with the hips.....I have used the used the Butterfly for many years , but the Diamond is a hella good segue to the butterfly. My caveat now is the handstand.....The motor skills are there.....the balance is there.....the shoulder strength is there and getting better. My question to you is how does one get the pelvis strong to raise the legs over the head from the tip toes position?

Preferred it when it was only Kino doing these videos. Having that other person in the videos adds nothing and takes away a lot.

I actually enjoyed that there was someone else that doesn't do it perfectly, it gave me motivation since i'm just starting. kind of a "hey I don't have to be perfect on the first try" :)
