This felt really nice in the shoulders. Mine were a bit sore, probably from all the vinyasa pushups we did the other day lol. I really love shoulder stand, it's one of my all time faves. I used to do it as kid all the time not knowing it was a yoga posture. My aunt told me and took me to an outdoor yoga class bo too long after that. I love that memory. I loved this stretch and needed it this morning! My neck and shoulders felt stiff since I slept on my side. I felt my left shoulder pop during the slide arm under the arm and then rest other arm on top 😅
