Loved it and love the new countdown on the screen.... It helps motivate me to go all the way rather than sometimes stopping at the first beep (shhhh ..don't tell)

Nice morning workout :) I did more of an active rest in the 30 seconds of rest, like jogging in place, crunches, or holding a pulse for whatever the main move was to get a bit more of a sweat and it was great

Hey Joe. Another fantastic workout and I have misread started doing your 7day sweat challenge when you are not doing live Pe with Joe. I have been loving doing pe with Joe throughout lockdown. I so enjoy doing your other workout videos and I am in my early twenties- I so like that anyone can join in and you don’t judge anyone fitness abilities. This is a great legs challenge with a little cardio and abs thrown in. I did 40/20 again and chest to floor burpees. I enjoyed the pace. Thanks Joe x
