Just got over mild cv-19 virus and despite still having problems breathing determined not to take good health for granted anymore. When this is over I will return to my Judo club fitter and happier. Thank you

30s on, 30s off 1. shoulder taps 2. squats 3. reverse lunge - right leg 4. reverse lunge - left leg 5. sumo squats 6. press-ups (from knees) with alternating arm reach 7. single leg hip thrusts - right leg 8. single leg hip thrusts - left leg 9. alternating lateral lunges 10. spiderman plank 11. alternating plank flys (T-rotations) 12. squat pulse 13. hollow body hold to crunch 14. donkey kicks - right leg 15. donkey kicks - left leg 16. grasshoppers 17. reverse crunches 18. burpees 19. high knee heismans 20. walk hands out, 2 mountain climbers, 1 pushup, walk hands back in

Loved it and love the new countdown on the screen.... It helps motivate me to go all the way rather than sometimes stopping at the first beep (shhhh ..don't tell)

These have fast become a favourite, definitely prefer it over reps! I love not knowing what's coming rather than counting down until its over. Thanks for all the work you do Joe.

Loved this and love having the countdown timer on it's helping me to push on those last few reps! Thanks as always Joe for giving us structure and discipline - I feel so much better!

I searched for an upper body workout and this one came up. It does incorporate some leg ones but they’re low impact. I’ve got a sweat on and feel better. Thanks so much Joe x

Nice morning workout :) I did more of an active rest in the 30 seconds of rest, like jogging in place, crunches, or holding a pulse for whatever the main move was to get a bit more of a sweat and it was great

I'm doing this in London and my husband is doing it shut in a hotel room in quarantine in Singapore. 20 minutes really does make such a difference.

Day 2 completed again 🥳💪👍🏻 Been on it for about a month now. Getting easier and not sweating as much. Will be doing abs in a minute. Thank you master Joe.

I just did this workout with my 6 year old daughter. Brilliant! Legs will hurt tomorrow (I thought I was in good shape but I’m obviously not!) back for more tomorrow!

Hey Joe. Another fantastic workout and I have misread started doing your 7day sweat challenge when you are not doing live Pe with Joe. I have been loving doing pe with Joe throughout lockdown. I so enjoy doing your other workout videos and I am in my early twenties- I so like that anyone can join in and you don’t judge anyone fitness abilities. You incorporate different areas for all abilities. Thank you ☺️ Joe and you are the best Bodycoach and you are super. This is a great legs challenge with a little cardio and abs thrown in. I did 40/20 again and chest to floor burpees. I enjoyed the pace. Thanks Joe x

Almost didnt make it to day 2 because it was already 10pm when i got home from uni and i realized day 2 has 1/3 of the views compared to day one!!!! I decided to do it because i refuse to be part of those 2/3 who didnt do it. C'mon you guys!!! Lets do this!!!

Almost didn’t do day two but set the intention and powered through! Feeling good and looking forward to day 3! Starting to get back into training and this boosting my motivation !

This was easier than day 1, but I actually needed it to be as my body was in pain after yesterday. haven't done any fitness in ages. It was obviously going to hurt. looking forward to day three tomorrow. x

This made me sweat more than I thought it would. I did 40/20 again. Could change some to add more cardio, squat jumps and chest to floor burpees perhaps. Thank you Joe, I love your workouts x

Day 2 done- didn’t wanna do it after yesterday, but once it was finished I couldn’t believe it had gone so quick as day 1 seemed to go on forevvvverrrr 😄 my boys joined in too and wanted to go again lol NO 😆 joe 💙👍🏻
