Wooooo! You've made it to Day 2 of my new 7 days of sweat challenge coming all the way from Mexico.
7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed - just a small space and some motivation to feel amazing.
Every day starting on Sunday 1st March 2020, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all year.

These are amazing. I’ve done the 2019 Seven days of sweat twice in the last couple of weeks and have noticed an amazing difference already to my levels of fitness and body. Now day 2 of 2020 and enjoying it. Thanks so much for making this resource freely available and accessible to everyone

I see you posted this in 2020 Joe. I am always late to the party but I love this 7 day sweat challenge. Liked the fact each exercise was different today- I am feeling it in my thighs from day 1. Felt so positive yesterday after starting my day with a workout. Thanks again!

I thought it was a great workout and I like the concept. I like the countdown timer on screen. Very helpful. It would be good to have the name of the excercise to be in the corner of the screen as Joe often talks up until the point of the next exercise and you don’t know what you’re about to do and then your behind on your reps whilst you get in position. It’s alright for him - he has it written on a nappy!

I'm so happy! I've been getting back into fitness with these workouts for about 3 weeks now and today was the first time my asthma didn't play up and I wasn't wheezing!

You are my quarantine workout! Thank you so much. I loved today's workout it didn't feel as hard as yesterday because it was fun and completely new! I love how you are so real like showing sweat and communicating with your kids. I'm looking forward to day 3!

Yes I felt it easier than yesterday (I just started this yesterday!). I was dying after yesterday's but only mildly out of breath today.. a lot on the floor today (plank etc) and sumo squats etc which is less exerting in a breath sense!). Still awesome though!

Wow! I'm doing this at my own pace - repeated each day twice and had a couple of rest days. Am now doing it for the 2nd time and notice a real improvement in my strength and stamina. This is really exciting and I'm so grateful to you Joe for putting this out here for free.

I’ve got fibromyalgia and moderate asthma so find I have to really be strong in my mind to get through exercise. Been doing PE with Joe for last 5 days with my daughter so thought I’d give this a go...shattered and due to my body I might not be able to do 7 days straight but I feel great! If I can, you can 😀

I miss my long runs but this is helping me stay healthy and sane, and has reintroduced me to circuit training which is a bonus. I really appreciate these videos, and the PE classes you are doing for the kids, you truly are a godsend.

Day 2 complete! Absolutely love your works outs! Everything is amazing! Thank god for this isolation & a few friends mentioning you I thought I’ll start to workout, I haven’t been motivated for 2 years & finally I’m doing it! Very proud of myself although my thighs are killing from yesterday’s day 1 workout however I got through day 2, bring on tomorrow for day 3!

Hi Joe, as the kids have unfortunately given up on the PE (which I was doing with them), I decided to go try this 7 day sweat challenge instead which I thought I would get more out of physically. Yesterday was a good start but I much preferred the mix of 20 different exercises today rather than repeating 5 as we did yesterday. Looking forward to what day 3 will bring! Thank you for these, you've given me a way back in to exercise which I've been looking for for a long time. Zoe

Did this workout this morning as I've run out of the PE workouts. I can't do them real time as my toddler is uninterested so hangs off me. This way I can do a workout while he's locked up in his chair having breakfast! Think I may actually get fitter being on lockdown :)

I like this one, it has a bit of everything. As I can’t do lunge jumps without crashing through the tv I used weights on step back lunges. I did 40/20 and I’m nice and sweaty. You keep me sane Joe, thanks x

I did this as a stand-alone workout (must 7DoS again soon), I did 40/20 and incorporated dumbbells where I could. I think I did really well and worked up a sweat. Thanks so much Joe x

I did day 1 and was still a bit sore but I managed to finish Day 2 however I could. I did day two today and absolutely loved it. I liked how you tweak the form for some of the exercises. Ive a bad lower back after baby (she's 22months now) so it was great. My little girl got involved too.

I absolutely loved this workout. I'm behind a few days so did work one and two today but workout two was my favourite. I loved that it was constantly changing and will keep this one as my go-to in future.
